As part of the first urban phase of Geneva’s major Belle-Terre development, this project comprising 165 housing units is one of four buildings within the master plan designed by Atelier Bonnet and carried out jointly by Bassicarella, Atelier Bonnet, Jaccaud Spicher, and LRS Architectes in collaboration with BLSA.
With its hybrid morphology, this articulated slab building—shaped both in plan and in section—develops a rich cellular apartment typology. A generous entrance space at the center of the layout distributes the kitchen and living room, creating a spacious sequence and opening up a diagonal view across the apartment.
