Originating from a competition organized by the SoCoop and Codha cooperatives, the project reinterprets the PLQ slab building by rotating the apartment modules to reduce overlooking, distance them from road noise, and favor southern and western orientations. The construction makes extensive use of wood: wood/concrete slabs, vertical load-bearing timber elements, and wooden façades. A concrete base and a metal crown structure the composition, which is marked by the repeated horizontal lines of the balconies. The building includes 54 apartments distributed across two concrete stairwells, shared spaces on the ground floor, and a rooftop terrace.
