The project is part of the “La Petite Prairie” neighborhood plan in Nyon and aims to take full advantage of the quality of the open spaces, which serve both as green breathing areas and as visual openings toward the mountainous landscape facing the site.
It seeks to soften the frontal character of the buildings by adopting façades with setbacks, punctuated by angled loggias that benefit from both optimal sunlight and southern views. Thanks to these geometric features, visual distances are significantly increased.
The central circulation courtyard is bordered on both sides by generous covered walkways, allowing for sheltered movement while also creating inviting in-between spaces that encourage spontaneous encounters and children’s play.
